Job Summary We're seeking a talented UX Designer to join our team to support the study phase of a new digital project aiming at developing an innovative regulatory data visualization portal. You'll be responsible for creating intuitive user experiences that transform complex regulatory data into easily digestible visual formats while ensuring consistency with existing IT tool layouts and design standards. The role focuses on designing wireframes and a user journey that leverage AI features and enable regulatory managers to efficiently access, interpret, and navigate regulatory information. Responsibilities Lead comprehensive user research initiatives including stakeholder interviews, workflow analysis to deeply understand regulatory managers' needs and pain points while documenting insights that will shape the project’s development. Drive the design process by creating intuitive interfaces and interactive visualization components that align with existing IT tool layouts, developing wireframes and designing natural language query interfaces that seamlessly integrate AI capabilities. Ensure technical feasibility and system consistency by collaborating closely with developers and data scientists, maintaining detailed documentation of design decisions, and establishing information architecture that adheres to accessibility standards and existing design systems. Prepare and maintain comprehensive study documentation that establishes the project vision, scope, and implementation guidelines, serving as a reference point for the development team during the implementation phase while ensuring alignment with existing design standards. Experience Required 5+ years of experience in UX design, preferably with data visualization platforms Proven experience interviewing business SMEs and facilitating workshops with regulatory stakeholders Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to support and influence senior stakeholders Strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving through user-centered design Proficiency in design tools (Figma) Knowledge of data visualization principles and best practices Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with agile development processes
