Business Problem Analysis:
Understand complex business objectives and pain points, identifying current functionalities, data input/output requirements, and business logic needs (e.g., how one functionality can differ from one region to another).Alternative Solutions:
Identify, analyze, and perform feasibility studies on functionalities requiring granular solutions or improve existing functionalities (e.g., what will be the impact on data volume if lower granularity of location is exposed).Data Mapping and Business Logic:
Review functional requirements and create mapping with data fields to leverage the true potential of the underlying data (e.g., mapping data on to heatmap based on defined distance radius).
2. Requirements Elicitation and Documentation
Functional Documentation:
Analyze existing business requirements, data flows, and processes, documenting functionalities and current data gaps.- Data mapping with business logic and functional requirements to enable accurate creation of bronze, silver, gold data layers
- Logic definition for metrics such as scarcity, job vacancy rate, market tightness etc
