Summary

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Engineer with expertise in both manual and automated testing to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure the delivery of high-quality software by performing functional and non-functional testing, while leveraging automation tools like Selenium, Python, and Robot Framework to streamline testing processes. This role involves collaborating with development and product teams to identify defects early, maintain test coverage, and contribute to continuous improvement in our QA practices.

Job Description – Business Analyst

Experience: 3–6 Years

Function: Operations / Analytics / Product Support

Role Overview:We are seeking a Business Analyst to support and enhance Invoice 360 and Itemization operations. The role will work closely with Operations, Technology, Reporting, and Clients to improve process efficiency, accuracy, SLA adherence, and automation readiness across invoice workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze end-to-end invoice workflows (intake, OCR, itemization, audit, posting, reporting).

• Gather and document business requirements from Operations, QA, Finance, and Clients.

• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flow diagrams.

• Identify operational gaps impacting productivity, accuracy, and turnaround time.

• Define and track KPIs related to invoice accuracy, effort, rework, and SLA performance.

• Collaborate with OCR/automation teams to analyze failure cases and improve automation coverage.

• Participate in UAT, customer calibrations, and change management initiatives.

• Act as a bridge between business users and development teams to ensure timely delivery.

Required Skills:

• Min. 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst (Operations / Invoice / Finance domain).

• Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.

• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel; working knowledge of SQL is a plus.

• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Power BI / Tableau.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Good-to-Have:

• Experience with OCR / Intelligent Document Processing (IDP).

• Exposure to Agile / Scrum delivery models.

• Domain exposure to Retail, QSR, Grocery, or Store-level invoices.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
