About The Role
As a Business Analyst Intern, you will support the internal Strategy & Operations team in driving business growth, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making at Certinal. You will assist in market analysis, go-to-market strategy development, and business metrics tracking. This internship is ideal for someone who wants to learn how B2B SaaS companies scale operations, optimize sales funnels, and build sustainable growth frameworks in enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking to inform GTM strategies
- Support creation of business dashboards and KPI tracking frameworks
- Analyze sales funnel data and customer acquisition metrics to identify optimization opportunities
- Prepare business case studies, market opportunity assessments, and strategic recommendations
- Assist in vendor evaluation, partnership assessment, and diligence processes
- Support cross-functional initiatives by coordinating with product, marketing, engineering, sales, and operations teams
- Create executive summaries, presentations, and reports for stakeholder alignment and decision-making
- Contribute to operational process improvements and efficiency initiatives
- Track key business metrics and provide insights for resource allocation and strategic planning
Eligibility
- Final-year student or recent graduate (B.Tech, MBA or equivalent)
- Prior internship or coursework in business analysis, finance, operations, or strategy preferred (not mandatory)
- Passion for business strategy and understanding of digital/enterprise software markets
Duration & Benefits
- Internship duration: 6 months
- Location: Hybrid / Remote (flexible)
- Stipend: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month (based on profile)
