Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Convert functional needs into user stories, BRDs, and process flows
• Coordinate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams
• Analyze data and suggest process improvements
• Assist in creating wireframes, mockups, and user journey maps
• Participate in AI/LLM product discussions and test prototypes

Requirements

• Mandatory Qualification: BBA or MBA (Graduation is compulsory)
• Freshers / Recent Graduates in Business Administration or related fields
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and documentation abilities
• Interest in AI, SaaS, or Product Development
• Basic understanding of Agile, SDLC, or BA tools (Jira, Figma, Notion, Miro)
