Job Description

We’re looking for a curious, analytical mind who loves connecting dots between product, marketing, and operations. You’ll act as the thinking and structure partner to the founder — turning ideas, conversations, and insights into clear workflows, data-backed decisions, and tangible outcomes.

You’ll play across product, marketing, and sales — part analyst, part doer, part storyteller.

Key Responsibilities

Business & Product Analysis

  • Break down business challenges and customer pain points into structured insights and actionable requirements.
  • Create clear documentation (PRDs, process maps, user flows) to support product, tech, and design.
  • Track and analyze metrics — user behavior, conversions, engagement, and revenue growth.

Execution & Product Operations

  • Manage mini-projects or feature rollouts end-to-end — from brief to launch to post-launch learning.
  • Coordinate between design, tech, and marketing for timely delivery and clarity.
  • Build simple no-code or AI-driven automations (e.g., dashboards, lead tracking, campaign reports).

Product Marketing & Sales Enablement

  • Translate product value into marketing language — landing pages, pitch decks, case studies.
  • Assist sales with structured proposals, ROI-driven narratives, and client insights.
  • Run small GTM (go-to-market) experiments — email outreach, content campaigns, or partnership pilots.

Growth Strategy & Feedback Loop

  • Identify patterns from user feedback, sales calls, and data to shape the product roadmap.
  • Suggest optimizations in pricing, messaging, or onboarding to increase conversion and retention.

Ideal Candidate

  • 2–5 years experience in Business Analysis, Product Management, or Growth roles.
  • Strong analytical and execution skills
  • Excellent communicator — both with spreadsheets and humans.
  • Comfortable using Notion, Airtable, Google Sheets, Figma, HubSpot/CRM tools, and AI assistants.
  • A self-starter who enjoys experimenting, learning, and improving workflows constantly.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with SaaS, digital products, or service-based business models.
  • Experience in creating or managing marketing funnels or sales pipelines.
  • Exposure to AI tools and automation platforms (Zapier, Make, etc.).
