Requirements

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis / Business Consulting.
Expertise in agile requirements management, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and maintaining user stories.
Act as a product expert during customer engagements, with a deep understanding of business processes and challenges across various domains.
Hands-on experience with AI-based productivity and analytical tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Lovable, n8n, UX Pilot – Figma, etc.) to improve requirement gathering, documentation, stakeholder communication, and decision support.
Capable of identifying opportunities where AI tools can streamline client workflows or automate internal tasks during project delivery.
Proven ability to consult clients on business process improvement, technology adoption, and solution optimization.
Elicit and document business requirements and use cases, and convert them into functional and system design specifications tailored to client objectives.
Ensure timely enforcement of project deadlines and effective coordination across teams.
Regularly report on project progress, risks, and milestones to internal and client stakeholders.
Act as a liaison between clients and internal project teams including developers, QA, and PMs, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Contribute to project estimation, delivery timeline planning, and support pre-sales activities by preparing proposals and solution documents.
Leverage AI-driven wireframing or prototyping tools where relevant to accelerate solution design during pre-sales or discovery phases.
