Experience Required:
1. Manages structured discovery approaches to investigate business performance that drive strategic business planning.
2. Analyzes historical and current data to define business, functional, and non-functional requirements, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
3. Facilitates collaboration with stakeholders to streamline reporting processes and ensure effective communication of project objectives and outcomes to senior management.
4. Assesses key metrics to track project objectives and delivery phases, providing insights and recommendations to optimize project outcomes.
5. Evaluates business processes to identify and mitigate operational risks and bottlenecks, ensuring compliance with defined objectives and delivery phases.
6. Conducts in-depth analysis of business needs to support strategic development, facilitating effective stakeholder collaboration to define and manage project objectives.
7. Coordinates with cross-functional teams to structure effective discovery approaches, ensuring all relevant inputs are considered and documented.
8. Assesses data and performs regressions and other statistical analyses to help identify meaningful data relationships, key performance indicators, and key risk indicators.
