As a Talent & Performance Specialist at BT, located in Bengaluru or Gurugram, you will be a vital part of the People & Culture Team dedicated to creating an inclusive, innovative, and engaging work environment where every employee can thrive. You will work closely with the Product Owner to define, deploy, and manage Performance & Talent products and programs across the organization. Your responsibilities will include implementing Performance & Talent strategies, driving key business-as-usual activities, overseeing the performance cycle, assuring performance processes, reviewing performance data, driving talent assessment programs, and analyzing talent data. To excel in this role, you should have the ability to identify, develop, and retain talented employees effectively, create an environment that maximizes employee performance, develop leadership competencies, facilitate talent review programs, monitor and enhance mobility processes, and articulate business performance while leveraging people levers for productivity improvement. Additionally, you should be capable of developing clear business cases that outline context, insights, proposals, and methods to evaluate intervention impacts.
