Role & responsibilities Lead and deliver Oracle Cloud HCM Talent Management implementations or enhancements. Gather and analyze client requirements related to Talent Management processes and recommend best practices and solutions. Configure Oracle Cloud modules such as: Goals Management Performance Management Career Development Talent Review Succession Planning Collaborate with technical teams for any integrations or reports involving Talent data. Conduct workshops, CRP (Conference Room Pilot) sessions, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and training for business users. Support data migration activities related to Talent Management modules. Stay up to date with Oracle Cloud quarterly updates and help clients adopt new features. Troubleshoot issues and provide functional support during go-live and post-go-live periods. Document solution designs, functional specifications, and training materials. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. 6-8 years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, with at least 2 full lifecycle implementations in Talent Management. Deep understanding of Talent Management processes and Oracle Cloud capabilities. Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills. Oracle Cloud Certification in HCM or Talent Management (preferred). Ability to work independently and as part of a team across multiple time zones. Experience with OTBI and HDL/FBDI (a plus).
