As an Advisor, HRBP at Fiserv, you play a crucial role in partnering with BU leadership to implement the people strategy aligned with the larger organizational goals. Your responsibilities include: - Leading effective human resources programs and processes, utilizing metrics to evaluate progress and drive improvements. - Overseeing the Performance Management and Compensation Review processes for client groups, ensuring consistency and rigor in talent calibration and succession planning. - Acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders in the Talent Review process and developing comprehensive development plans for leaders and associates. - Providing effective talent strategies to support organizational success during change management. - Collaborating in the development and implementation of organization-wide HR programs and initiatives. - Staying updated on industry trends and employment legislation to ensure compliance. To excel in this role, you need to possess the following qualifications: - Strong HR insights, including the ability to analyze data, evaluate reports, and provide feedback to relevant managers for continuous improvement. - Understanding the business context and priorities to deliver tactical support and enhance associate engagement initiatives. - Assisting Managers with performance management, associate relations, and promoting associate engagement and motivation. - Adapting to a fast-paced and evolving environment at Fiserv, demonstrating critical thinking and agility to achieve objectives. - Collaborating and coordinating with colleagues within and outside your team to effectively navigate projects within the global HR team. Additionally, it would be great to have: - Knowledge of emerging trends in the FinTech or financial services industry. - Certification in HR such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR. - Proven track record in driving transformative projects at an enterprise level. - Experience working in a global and matrixed organization, particularly in Financial Services or FinTech with diverse teams across different geographies.,
