Overview The HR Recruiter plays a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for the organization. They are responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring that the company's staffing needs are met with qualified candidates. Key responsibilities Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruiting needs Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, etc. Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications Coordinate with departments to define job requirements and expectations Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations Participate in recruitment events such as job fairs and career events Provide regular updates to hiring managers and stakeholders Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter) Knowledge of employment legislation and regulations Experience with various interview formats and assessment techniques Strong understanding of HR policies and best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media platforms for sourcing Keen eye for talent with good assessment and evaluation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Skills: sourcing,recruitment,recruitment software,recruitment process,employment legislation,time management,communication,communication skills,interviewing,recruiter,hiring,social media sourcing,hr policies,
