Job Description

As a People and Culture Manager at Triverge Insight Pvt Ltd, your role will involve developing and implementing people strategies to support the company's business goals. You will lead initiatives in employee engagement and well-being, facilitate recruitment processes, and enhance workplace diversity and inclusion programs. Your responsibilities will also include managing performance systems, communicating HR policies, and overseeing training and development programs. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement people strategies aligned with business goals - Lead employee engagement and well-being initiatives - Conduct effective recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent - Enhance workplace diversity and inclusion programs - Manage performance management systems for optimal employee performance - Implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring communication to all employees - Design and oversee employee training and development programs - Analyze and report on employee feedback and engagement metrics - Provide expert advice in employee relations and conflict resolution - Support organizational development and change management strategies - Coordinate succession planning and talent management processes - Ensure compliance with employment legislation and regulations - Foster a positive work environment encouraging collaboration and teamwork - Facilitate workshops and training sessions on HR-related topics - Build strong relationships with team members to assess their HR needs Qualifications: - Master's in Human Resources or related field - Proven track record in employee engagement and talent acquisition - Strong understanding of employment legislation and compliance - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - Experience with performance management processes - Ability to drive organizational change - Proficient in HR software and data analytics - Experience in developing and implementing HR policies - Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills - Certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are preferred - Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment - High level of organization and attention to detail - Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion initiatives As a People and Culture Manager at Triverge Insight Pvt Ltd, you will play a key role in creating an inclusive workplace where every employee can thrive.
