We are looking for a special individual who can walk beside Dr. Srivats Bharadwaj and Dr. Paramjot Kaur, helping bring their vision to life every single day — in the clinic, in the team, and in the hearts of our patients.

This is not a corporate role. There are no sales targets, revenue incentives, or hierarchies here.

You are someone who:

A background in dentistry or healthcare would be wonderful, but what truly matters is your heart and intent.

🌼 Your Role

You will:

• Work closely with the founders to execute the vision and values of our clinic.

• Ensure that patients feel genuinely loved, heard, and cared for.

• Inspire and support the dental team to stay motivated, ethical, and empathetic.

• Coordinate operations to ensure each day runs seamlessly and each patient interaction leaves a lasting impression.

• Help maintain our social media and communication presence to reflect who we truly are — an ethical, patient-first dental family.

• Keep simple daily reports, plan the next day’s flow, and ensure the spirit of excellence never fades.
