People and Culture Manager

You will be joining Ethereal Exploration Guild as a People and Culture professional at their Hebbal, Bengaluru location. The Guild, founded in 2022, is a pioneering entity in the space industry with a remarkable track record and ambitious projects in the pipeline. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. - Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing documentation and assisting in orientation sessions. - Maintain HR records, update databases, and handle routine HR inquiries. - Address employee queries and concerns, escalating issues to the HR Manager when necessary. - Contribute to the development of training materials and resources. - Generate HR reports and analytics to provide insights into HR metrics. **Qualifications Required:** - Degree in Human Resources (BSc/Diploma, Human Resources), Business Administration (BBA, BA, MBA), or a related field. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities. - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. - Previous internship or volunteer experience in HR. - Interest in staying updated on HR trends and best practices. - Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
