People and Culture Manager

You will be joining the Ethereal Exploration Guild team in Hebbal, Bengaluru as a People and Culture professional. As part of the Guild, you will play a crucial role in shaping the organization's future and contributing to its strategic growth and success. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. - Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing documentation and assisting in orientation sessions. - Assist in maintaining HR records, updating databases, and handling routine HR inquiries. - Assist in addressing employee queries and concerns, escalating issues to the HR Manager when necessary. - Contribute to the development of training materials and resources. - Contribute to generating HR reports and analytics to provide insights into HR metrics. **Qualifications Required:** - Degree in Human Resources (BSc/Diploma, Human Resources), Business Administration (BBA, BA, MBA), or a related field. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities. - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. - Previous internship or volunteer experience in HR. - Interest in staying updated on HR trends and best practices. - Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. You are preferred to have 2-3 years of experience as an HR Generalist involved in the Hire-to-Retire process, familiarity with HR software and tools, flexibility and adaptability to work in a start-up environment, and a passionate enthusiasm about space technology.,
