Role Overview As a Public Relations Executive – PR , you will be a key executor across PR mandates—handling media outreach, content support, influencer coordination, and day-to-day account needs. You’ll work closely with Account Managers to drive campaigns forward, build media traction, and ensure timely deliverables with precision and ownership. Key Responsibilities Client Servicing & Coordination Support daily client communication and ensure deliverables are met Coordinate internal tasks and timelines across PR, content, and influencer verticals Assist Account Managers in client updates, reviews, and campaign planning Media Outreach & Influencer Support Maintain and build media and influencer contact lists Draft media pitches and support in story placements Handle coordination for interviews, quotes, and media opportunities Content & Asset Development Draft media notes, Q&A documents, email pitches, and briefing sheets Collaborate with designers/content team on asset development Ensure accuracy and alignment in all materials sent out Execution & Reporting Track daily media coverage and assist in creating client reports Support press event execution and influencer campaigns Keep internal trackers, reports, and coverage sheets updated regularly Team Support Work collaboratively with peers, interns, and external partners Take initiative to improve internal processes and execution flow Requirements 2–4 years of PR experience in an agency or brand-side role Strong knowledge of lifestyle and business media landscape Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a team player Comfortable juggling multiple accounts and fast-paced execution
