Public Relations Account Director

As an Account Director - Public Relations at Bold and Beyond, a comprehensive communications agency in Bengaluru, your role involves leading the Hospitality/F&B/Lifestyle/Tech/Real Estate vertical and spearheading New Business Development initiatives. Your responsibilities include: - Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships - Developing and executing stakeholder outreach programs - Handling Crisis Management effectively - Creating and presenting award entries - Ensuring adherence to Client management protocols In terms of Team Management, you will be responsible for motivating team members, defining roles and responsibilities, assigning tasks, and overseeing Quarterly & Annual Plans and Reviews. Collaborating closely with clients, you will be instrumental in devising PR strategies that align with their business goals. This involves engaging with Media Relations (Senior level + Editors), conducting Influencer Outreach, and expanding the media and influencer database. Your role also encompasses advising teams on nurturing relationships with media personnel, generating media opportunities for client coverage, and managing content generation and planning for clients. Additionally, you will be involved in creating content and business communiqus that enhance brand identities, developing speeches and Q&A sessions for spokespersons, and producing contributory articles. Furthermore, you will be tasked with signing off on Briefing Books, overseeing scope development for blogger/influencer outreach through commercial agreements, and preparing Case Studies for clients. Your support in New Business Development efforts for the Bangalore/Mumbai region will also be crucial to the agency's growth.,
