Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage

  end-to-end communication strategies

  for IPO mandates — from pre-filing to post-listing.
• Develop and execute

  strategic PR and media plans

  to enhance visibility and credibility for clients in the capital market space.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with

  financial journalists, analysts, and media houses

  .
• Liaise closely with

  merchant bankers, legal advisors, and company management

  to ensure seamless coordination during the IPO process.
• Provide strategic counsel to clients on

  corporate reputation, investor relations, and stakeholder communication

  .
• Oversee a team of account managers and executives to ensure timely and high-quality client delivery.
• Drive business growth through client retention, cross-selling, and supporting new business pitches.
• Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance and media coverage to clients.

Requirements:

• 10–14 years

  of experience in

  Public Relations

  , preferably with

  experience in handling IPO mandates

  .
• Proven expertise in

  financial media relations

  , capital market communication, and regulatory communication.
• Strong leadership, client management, and presentation skills.
• Excellent command over

  English

  — written and verbal.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in leading a team and managing multiple client portfolios.
