As a Senior Public Relations Executive at Bold and Beyond, a leading communications agency based in Bengaluru, you will play a crucial role in managing PR mandates, media outreach, content support, influencer coordination, and overall account management. Collaborating closely with Account Managers, you will drive impactful campaigns, enhance media visibility, and ensure timely deliverables with precision and dedication. Your responsibilities will include client servicing and coordination, where you will maintain consistent communication, oversee deliverables, and manage internal tasks effectively across various verticals including PR, content, and influencers. Additionally, you will support Account Managers in client updates, reviews, and strategic campaign planning. In the realm of media outreach and influencer support, you will be tasked with building and nurturing media relationships, crafting compelling pitches, and facilitating interview opportunities. Your role will also involve developing essential content such as media notes, Q&A documents, and briefing sheets, in collaboration with designers and content creators to ensure cohesive and impactful messaging. Tracking and reporting will be integral to your role, as you will monitor media coverage, compile client reports, and support press events and influencer campaigns. Maintaining updated internal trackers and coverage sheets will be essential for evaluating campaign performance and optimizing strategies. As a valuable member of the team, you will work collaboratively with colleagues, interns, and external partners, demonstrating a proactive approach to enhancing internal processes and workflow efficiency. With a minimum of 3-4 years of PR experience in either an agency or brand-side capacity, a strong understanding of lifestyle and business media landscapes, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and a detail-oriented, organized mindset, you will thrive in this fast-paced and dynamic role.
