Role Overview

Public Relations Executive – PR

Key Responsibilities

Client Servicing & Coordination

• Support daily client communication and ensure deliverables are met
• Coordinate internal tasks and timelines across PR, content, and influencer verticals
• Assist Account Managers in client updates, reviews, and campaign planning

Media Outreach & Influencer Support

• Maintain and build media and influencer contact lists
• Draft media pitches and support in story placements
• Handle coordination for interviews, quotes, and media opportunities

Content & Asset Development

• Draft media notes, Q&A documents, email pitches, and briefing sheets
• Collaborate with designers/content team on asset development
• Ensure accuracy and alignment in all materials sent out

Execution & Reporting

• Track daily media coverage and assist in creating client reports
• Support press event execution and influencer campaigns
• Keep internal trackers, reports, and coverage sheets updated regularly

Team Support

• Work collaboratively with peers, interns, and external partners
• Take initiative to improve internal processes and execution flow
  

Requirements

• 2–4 years of PR experience in an agency or brand-side role
• Strong knowledge of lifestyle and business media landscape
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a team player
• Comfortable juggling multiple accounts and fast-paced execution
