About The Role :

Concept PR is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented PR Executive – BFSI to support communication activities for leading clients in the Banking, Financial Services & Insurance sector. The role requires strong media understanding, content skills, and an interest in financial/business news.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day PR activities for BFSI clients including banks, NBFCs, insurance, fintech, and investment firms.

• Draft press releases, briefing notes, pitches, Q&As, and other communication materials tailored to BFSI narratives.

• Coordinate with financial, business, and trade media to pitch stories, facilitate interviews, and track coverage.

• Monitor BFSI and economic news daily; prepare insights, reports, and sector-specific media updates for clients.

• Assist in planning and implementation of BFSI-led PR campaigns, events, and media engagements.

• Maintain and update BFSI media lists; build meaningful relationships with journalists covering finance, business, economy, and markets.

• Ensure timely delivery of reports, weekly updates, coverage trackers, and monthly summaries.

• Collaborate closely with senior team members to execute strategic communication plans and deliver high-quality outputs.

Key Requirements

• 1–2 years of PR experience; BFSI exposure preferred.

• Strong interest in financial markets, banking, insurance, fintech, and economic developments.

• Solid written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex financial topics.

• Understanding of the business & financial media landscape.

• Ability to multitask, stay organised, and work under tight timelines.
