Senior Manager, Recruitment

As a Recruitment professional passionate about Social Service, you will be on a 2-year contract initially, with the possibility of conversion, based at Buona Vista MRT, operating on a Monday to Friday schedule during office hours. Your responsibilities will include: - Serving as a strategic HR partner, providing expertise on recruitment, conversion, secondments, re-employment, and ad-hoc manpower needs. - Managing employee relations throughout the employee life cycle, from onboarding to offboarding. - Identifying people-related requirements through ground sensing activities and collaborating with key stakeholders to offer tailored HR solutions. - Implementing HR policies at the business unit level by collaborating with internal HR functional teams. - Providing guidance on HR policies and employment legislation to ensure compliance and consistency within the organization. - Driving and executing HR strategies aligned with business goals and performance metrics. - Supporting various HR initiatives and projects as delegated. The ideal candidate should have: - A minimum of 5 years of experience in in-house recruitment and workforce planning. - A proven track record of effective collaboration with cross-functional HR teams. - Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. - Ability to analyze people-related data and transform insights into actionable HR strategies.
