Talent Acquisition Manager

As a Recruitment professional passionate about Social Service, you will be joining an exciting opportunity for a 2-year contract initially, with the possibility of conversion. The role is based in Buona Vista MRT, offering a Monday to Friday schedule during office hours. You will receive a competitive package including a Basic salary, AWS, and Attractive Bonuses. Your responsibilities will include serving as a strategic HR partner to the business, focusing on all people-related matters such as recruitment, conversion, secondments, re-employment, and ad-hoc manpower requirements. You will handle employee relations matters throughout the employee life cycle, from onboarding to offboarding. Conducting ground sensing to identify people-related needs and providing tailored HR solutions in collaboration with key stakeholders will be a key part of your role. You will work closely with internal HR functional teams to implement and operationalize HR policies at the business unit level. Additionally, you will offer guidance on HR policies and employment legislation to ensure compliance and consistency, as well as drive and implement HR strategies that align with and support business goals and performance. Supporting other HR initiatives and projects as assigned will also be expected of you. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in in-house recruitment and workforce planning. Previous experience in collaborating with cross-functional HR teams such as talent acquisition, L&D, and C&B to deliver integrated HR solutions is highly valued. Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint, is essential. Your ability to analyze people-related data and translate insights into actionable HR strategies will be crucial for success in this position.
