Job Description

As a SaT Strategy Consultant at EY, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing innovative resourcing strategies aligned with the company's vision and long-term objectives. Your focus will be on workforce planning, talent acquisition, succession planning, and creating policies to attract and retain top talent. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement a strategic resourcing plan in alignment with the organization's business objectives. - Conduct workforce planning to identify current and future talent needs, gaps, and surpluses. - Collaborate with client department heads and hiring managers to understand resourcing requirements and provide strategic guidance. - Design and oversee talent acquisition processes, including employer branding, recruitment, selection, and onboarding. - Manage talent pipelines for critical roles and adapt resourcing strategies based on labor market trends. - Implement succession planning initiatives for leadership continuity and career development opportunities. - Foster relationships with external recruitment agencies, educational institutions, and professional associations for candidate sourcing. - Develop a budget management strategy for resourcing and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and ROI. - Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations pertaining to recruitment and hiring. - Integrate diversity and inclusion strategies into the resourcing process in collaboration with client HR teams. - Utilize HR technology and data analytics to enhance resourcing strategy effectiveness. **Qualifications Required:** - BCOM (Commerce)/MBA in Finance or HR. - This entry-level position is suitable for recent graduates or individuals with up to 6 months of related experience. **Skills and Abilities:** - Strong understanding of workforce planning, talent management, and employment legislation. - Proven track record in developing and implementing successful resourcing strategies. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to analyze data and provide insights for decision-making. - Experience with HRIS and recruitment software. - Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
