Job Description: You will be joining TMF Group, a global provider of business services, as a Human Resources professional based in Pune, India. Your role will involve providing expert HR support and advice to stakeholders, ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures in line with current legislation. Key Responsibilities: - Provide expert HR advice and coaching to stakeholders on policies, procedures, and employment legislation. - Translate business requirements into effective HR strategies aligned with corporate and departmental goals. - Support managers in handling complex employee cases including performance, attendance, and disciplinary issues. - Drive change management initiatives in support of organizational projects and transformations. - Promote and support diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization. - Champion health and well-being initiatives to foster a positive work environment. - Contribute to Learning & Development activities by identifying needs and supporting training programs. - Ensure effective communication across all levels of the organization, fostering transparency and trust. - Manage HR operations for employees across multiple locations in India, ensuring consistency and compliance. Key Requirements: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources or related field. - Progressive HR experience, preferably in IT Services. - Experience managing HR operations for employees across multiple locations in India. - Exposure to HR COE functions (Talent, L&D, Rewards, ER, etc.). - Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and compliance. - Proven experience in HR project management and change initiatives. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. - Willingness to travel domestically as required.
