HR Specialist

As an experienced HR Specialist at AMICO, your primary focus will be on Recruitment & Onboarding. You will be responsible for sourcing potential candidates based on business requirements and preparing various MIS reports when necessary. **Key Responsibilities:** - Maintain employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements. - Ensure timely and accurate submission of statutory returns. - Provide support to employees regarding HR policies and procedures. - Assist in recruitment, onboarding, engagement activities & performance management. - Manage employee benefits programs. - Handle final settlement processing, including calculating and processing full and final settlements (FnF) for exiting employees. - Support HR projects as required. **Qualification Required:** - Bachelor's Degree in HR or a related field - 3 to 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on Recruitment - Strong knowledge of HR administration - Experience with exit management and final settlement processing - Knowledge in PF, PT, Tax System, and Shops & Establishment Act of Karnataka - HR Analysis and MIS Reporting skills are desirable At AMICO, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
