As an HR Specialist at our company, your role will involve utilizing your expertise in Keka HR software to streamline HR operations and enhance the employee experience. You will be responsible for configuring and managing the Keka HR platform, customizing workflows, and resolving any Keka-related queries. Additionally, you will oversee employee lifecycle management processes, including onboarding, data management, and offboarding, as well as performance management activities such as goal-setting and appraisals using Keka's performance management module. Your role will also entail preparing HR dashboards and reports, analyzing data trends, training employees and managers on Keka features, and serving as a liaison between the organization and Keka's support team. Key Responsibilities: - Administer and manage the Keka HR platform, including configuration, maintenance, and updates. - Customize workflows, dashboards, and reports as per organizational requirements. - Troubleshoot and resolve Keka-related queries for employees and management. - Ensure seamless onboarding, employee data management, and offboarding processes through Keka. - Generate and verify statutory reports like PF, ESI, TDS, etc., through the software. - Facilitate goal-setting, performance reviews, and appraisals using Keka's performance management module. - Prepare periodic HR dashboards and reports for management review. - Analyze data trends to provide actionable insights for HR strategies. - Train employees and managers on utilizing Keka's features effectively. - Act as a liaison between Keka's support team and the organization for escalations or advanced configurations. Key Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven experience of 2 years in HR roles with hands-on expertise in Keka HR software. - Proficiency in using HR analytics tools and generating actionable insights. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. - Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
