You will be actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization, and Go Live of customer implementation projects. Your responsibilities will include having good knowledge of Fiori, HANA, S/4 HANA security to provide subject matter expertise in implementing security best practices. You will have hands-on experience in developing security roles and providing ongoing maintenance of security components for multiple SAP landscapes, including Fiori apps and SAP cloud applications in line with best practices. Supporting clients in testing and break fixes with quick turnarounds will be part of your role. You should possess a good knowledge of GRC Access Control concepts such as ARA, EAM, ARM, and BRM. Experience with end-to-end configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting within SAP GRC systems and creating related documentation is essential. Administering and ensuring best practices are applied regarding SAP security solutions for segregation of duties (SoD) is crucial. Your role will involve collaborating with other IT teams to support upgrades, system refreshes, and day-to-day operations of the SAP landscape. You will assess and incorporate security requirements on WRICEF objects and develop effective working relationships with clients, internal SAP application owners, and the IT Infrastructure team. Interacting with internal and external audit and risk teams to explain and evaluate the design of security processes will be part of your responsibilities. You will work closely with both SAP technical and functional teams to ensure the success of the overall SAP solution. Ideally, you should have 4-6 years of experience working as an SAP security & GRC administrator with lead experience. In-depth knowledge of SAP security in multiple SAP environments, including S/4, BI, CRM, PO, HCM, Fiori Apps, Ariba, SuccessFactors, and other cloud applications is required. Experience integrating GRC with IAG to enable access provisioning on cloud applications is preferred. You should have hands-on experience creating HANA DB security roles and user setup for developers & modelers, database administrators, and end-users. Experience with HANA Studio for System, Object, Analytical, Package, and Application Privileges is necessary. Familiarity with configuring SAP NW identity management, SAP SSO, etc., is expected. You should have a working knowledge of GRC components like Access Request Management, Access Risk Analysis, User access review, and EAM, as well as SoD. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills will be required to troubleshoot and resolve security-related issues. Experience with SAP Fiori is highly desired, and a basic understanding of SAP Basis (with S/4 HANA) is preferred. Working knowledge of OS, Network, hardware concepts, system administration, and application administration procedures, including SAP, is essential. Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills are also necessary for this role.,

As the Employee Lifecycle Management Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire employee journey from onboarding to offboarding. Your key responsibilities include facilitating seamless onboarding processes for new hires, managing data entry in SuccessFactors/SAP HCM, and ensuring compliance with onboarding and offboarding procedures. You will also coordinate the onboarding activities for contractors, monitor their tenure, and ensure compliance with contractor agreements. Additionally, you will provide support for employee queries related to HR policies, processes, and systems, and generate periodic reports on HR metrics. In terms of systems and documentation, you will be managing SuccessFactors/SAP HCM to maintain accurate employee data, oversee documentation completeness, and identify areas for process efficiency improvements. Compliance with global employment regulations and best practices will be a crucial aspect of your role, along with contributing to policy development and implementation. Your role will also involve handling ad-hoc tasks as needed and staying updated on global employment regulations.
