HR Specialist

Role Overview: As an HR Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to maintain accurate employee data and records, ensure compliance with HR procedures and policies, and oversee various HR functions. You will play a crucial role in managing employee life cycles, organizing training programs, addressing grievances, and handling exit cases efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain employee data in software or Excel, including attendance records, salary details, and Full & Final Settlement documents. - Generate employee letters and share notice buyout calculations for resigned employees. - Organize new employee orientation, training programs, and office events. - Ensure compliance with medical insurance and Employee Provident Fund policies. - Oversee the optimal function of the HR Information System (HRIS) and manage end-to-end exit cases and employee grievances. - Address all grievances within a specified timeframe and provide resolutions. - Demonstrate resourcefulness, problem-solving skills, and thorough knowledge of HR procedures. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders, manage relationships, and lead or work with a team. - Utilize expertise in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint to execute core HR and engagement processes. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience as an HR Executive, with a strong understanding of HR procedures and policies. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency in HR connects with employees and experience in managing Employee Provident Fund and medical insurance. - Ability to manage people, relationships, and stakeholders effectively.
