HR Specialist

As an HR Specialist, your role involves maintaining data in software or Excel, keeping track of attendance records including various types of leaves, managing salary details with break ups, ensuring receipt of all supporting documents for Full & Final Settlement, generating employee letters, ensuring Medical Insurance compliance, organizing new employee orientation and training programs, and sharing notice buyout calculations for resigned employees. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain data in software or Excel - Keep attendance records of all employees - Manage salary details and break ups - Ensure receipt of supporting documents for Full & Final Settlement - Generate employee letters - Ensure Medical Insurance compliance - Organize new employee orientation and training programs - Share notice buyout calculations for resigned employees - Oversee and maintain HRIS function - Manage End to End Exit Cases and handle employee grievances - Address grievances within a specified timeframe - Organize office events and festivals - Establish HR connects with employees - Handle Employee Provident Fund and Medical Insurance matters Qualifications Required: - Resourceful with problem-solving aptitude - Thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies - Minimum 5 years of experience as HR Executive - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Experience in executing core HR processes and leading a team - Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint Additional Details: - Experience in People & Relationship Management - Experience in Stakeholder Management,
