Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for an HR and Talent Acquisition Specialist. The specialist will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including talent sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. . The role also includes addressing employee relations, fostering workplace culture, and ensuring HR compliance with regulations. Collaboration with various departments to align HR initiatives with organizational goals will be essential.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in talent acquisition, recruitment strategies, and onboarding processes
• Experience in developing HR policies, managing employee relations, and supporting performance management
• Knowledge of HR compliance, labor laws, and organizational development
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• 2 +Years of prior experience is mandatory
