HR Specialist

As an HR Manager in our company, your role will involve a variety of responsibilities to ensure the smooth functioning of the human resources department. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage the full recruitment cycle, which includes job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding new hires. - Address employee inquiries, mediate conflicts, and foster a positive work environment through effective communication and support. - Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies. - Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws as well as company policies, while maintaining accurate employee records. - Coordinate training programs and support employee development initiatives. - Prepare and analyze HR metrics like turnover rates and recruitment progress to aid in strategic decision-making. - Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 2+ years of experience in HR or a related role. - Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. - Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite. - Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. - HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
