Job Description: TMF Group is seeking a dedicated individual to join their team in Pune, India as an HR Specialist. As part of the Human Resources department, you will play a crucial role in providing expert HR support and guidance to various stakeholders within the organization. Your responsibilities will include offering advice on HR policies and procedures, translating business requirements into effective HR strategies, supporting managers with employee cases, driving change management initiatives, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion, championing health and well-being initiatives, contributing to Learning & Development activities, ensuring effective communication across all levels, and managing HR operations for employees across multiple locations in India. Key Responsibilities: - Provide expert HR advice and coaching on policies, procedures, and employment legislation. - Translate business requirements into effective HR strategies aligned with corporate and departmental goals. - Support managers in handling complex employee cases including performance, attendance, and disciplinary issues. - Drive change management initiatives in support of organizational projects and transformations. - Promote and support diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization. - Champion health and well-being initiatives to foster a positive work environment. - Contribute to Learning & Development activities by identifying needs and supporting training programs. - Ensure effective communication across all levels of the organization, fostering transparency and trust. - Manage HR operations for employees across multiple locations in India, ensuring consistency and compliance. Key Requirements: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources or related field. - Progressive HR experience, preferably in IT Services. - Experience managing HR operations for employees across multiple locations in India. - Exposure to HR COE functions (Talent, L&D, Rewards, ER, etc.). - Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and compliance. - Proven experience in HR project management and change initiatives. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. - Willingness to travel domestically as required.
