Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior Global Account Manager/Supplier Relations Manager in the US Staffing Industry, you will be responsible for acting as a subject matter expert internally and externally, providing strategic direction for supply chain design and best practices, supporting new client implementations and existing client MSP programs, as well as leading a small team of Specialists to ensure clients have access to talent. Your role will involve managing, maturing, and expanding relationships across the global supplier network, with a focus on the India & APAC regions. You will collaborate with suppliers, colleagues, and clients worldwide, considering different time zones and working practices/cultures. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure supplier coverage in assigned region(s) and/or country(ies) - Build and maintain supplier relationships, gaining a deep understanding of the supplier network - Create market maps to aid the global expansion of the supplier network - Develop expert knowledge of key markets and act as a Subject Matter Expert in market research - Lead Supplier Onboarding Workstream in new client implementations, setting supplier strategy and supply chain design - Act as an escalation point in support of Centre of Excellence for timely execution of Supplier Agreements and terminations - Provide subject matter expertise to internal and external audiences regarding Supplier Relations - Line manage a small team of Specialists, geographically dispersed - Support Departmental Projects and Initiatives like operational excellence, IT enhancements, and supplier awards process - Maintain and update the Global Supplier Relations Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and other tools & technologies used Qualifications Required: - Experience in a similar Supply Chain role or deep knowledge of MSP, RPO, SoW, Staffing & Outsourcing - Experience as a line manager, preferably of a regional/globally dispersed team - Fluency in English to a professional level, with an additional Indian Language being advantageous - Comfort and confidence in presenting to internal and external audiences - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment within a global business - Excellent customer service, administrative, and organizational skills - Proven negotiation skills and commercial acumen - Strong IT skills in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Knowledge of Recruitment and Employment Legislation - Experience with supplier contracts, legal terminology, and recruitment technology like VMS and/or ATS - Experience with Salesforce and Supplier Management Tools is advantageous (Note: Additional details about the company were not provided in the job description.),
