Job Description

As an experienced professional with over 15 years in the field, your role will be to design and implement the Training, People Development, and Talent Management strategy for the Organization. Your primary focus will be on creating a culture of Learning and Development within the Organization through collaboration with Leadership and other stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Develop comprehensive Development Action Plans for teams, including Managerial Life cycle development roadmaps and customized interventions. - Collaborate with premier educational institutions to facilitate Leadership learning programs. - Work with the CHRO and business heads to create succession plans for key roles. - Enhance functional and behavioral skill development in alignment with the organization's competency framework. - Design Instructional Design for various interventions using tools like simulations and case studies. - Build strong relationships with Training vendors to ensure high-quality programs that meet training needs. - Deliver training effectively using various learning technologies and mediums. - Drive the organization's talent review process to identify gaps and develop action plans for talent development. - Design a robust onboarding and induction process for the first 90 days across all levels of hires. - Manage the Management Trainee program, insurance trainees, and other fresh campus hires" onboarding and training process. Qualifications Required: - Over 15 years of experience in Training, People Development, and Talent Management. - Strong understanding of Learning and Development principles. - Experience in collaborating with Leadership and external stakeholders. - Knowledge of instructional design methodologies and tools. - Ability to build and maintain relationships with Training vendors. - Proficiency in delivering training using various learning technologies. - Experience in talent review process and succession planning. - Strong organizational and communication skills.
