We are on a mission to revolutionize how businesses manage finance, inventory, and operations—making complex processes simple, intuitive, and scalable.Role SummaryWe are seeking an ambitious and creative Brand and Marketing Manager to lead Ankpal’s brand strategy, performance marketing, and customer engagement campaigns. You will be responsible for creating a strong brand identity, building awareness, and generating quality leads through online and offline channels.Key Responsibilities1. Brand ManagementDevelop and maintain a compelling brand identity aligned with Ankpal’s mission and values.Create and manage consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints: website, product UI, campaigns, PR, etc.Oversee visual identity (logo usage, brand colors, tone of voice, etc.) and ensure adherence in all collateral.2. Marketing Strategy & ExecutionDesign and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, events, and influencer channels.Plan and monitor performance marketing (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta), SEO/SEM strategies to generate MQLs.Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to align marketing with business goals.3. Content & CommunicationDevelop content strategy for blogs, case studies, social media, explainer videos, emailers, and ad creatives.Manage copywriting and creative production with in-house team or agencies.Drive thought leadership and storytelling around MSME enablement and digital transformation.4. Partnership and Community BuildingPlan co-marketing activities with channel partners, CA networks, and business associations.Represent Ankpal at trade shows, webinars, and community forums to grow brand visibility.5. Data & AnalyticsMonitor campaign performance through marketing automation and analytics tools.Report KPIs: CAC, CTR, ROAS, CPL, SQLs, and customer engagement metrics.A/B test creatives, messages, and channels for optimization.Desired Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing, Communications, or Business.3+ years of B2B SaaS/ERP/Tech product marketing experience.Strong understanding of Indian SME/CA ecosystem is a plus.Proficient in marketing automation (HubSpot/Zoho), Google Analytics, Ad platforms.Experience managing agency/vendor relationships and leading cross-functional teams.Excellent verbal and written communication in English; proficiency in Hindi/Gujarati preferred.
