Job Description

Role Overview:

The Brand Manager at Special You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and growing the brand identity across all online and offline platforms. This role involves strategic planning, creative campaign management, product positioning, and close coordination with marketing, design, and e-commerce teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy & Positioning:

Develop and execute brand strategies to enhance visibility, engagement, and market differentiation for Special You’s home décor and festive décor product categories.

Marketing Campaigns:

Plan and oversee digital and offline campaigns for festive seasons, new launches, and promotional events.

Creative Direction:

Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure brand consistency across packaging, creatives, and communication.

Performance Analysis:

Track brand performance metrics including awareness, reach, engagement, and sales impact; provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

E-commerce Coordination:

Work with online marketplace teams (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, etc.) to ensure brand consistency, optimized listings, and promotional alignment.

Product Launches:

Manage end-to-end execution of new product launches—right from conceptualization, packaging design, and pricing strategy to marketing rollout.

Market & Consumer Insights:

Conduct competitor analysis and understand consumer trends to shape brand strategies and product development decisions.

Influencer & PR Activities:

Collaborate with influencers and media partners for brand collaborations, product seeding, and social campaigns.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Coordinate with operations, sales, and design teams to ensure brand objectives align with business goals.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2 - 5 years of experience in brand management, preferably in FMCG, home décor, or e-commerce sectors.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and consumer behavior.
  • Creative mindset with strong storytelling and visual branding sense.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
