Job Title: BrandLead- RCH Brands + Social Media

Job Grade: M3

Department: Marketing

Reporting to: GroupHead – Marketing

Location: Rainbow Corporate Office, Hyd

Job Summary: The Brand Leadwill be responsible for driving the strategic development, positioning, and management for RCH brands & Social media. This individual will play a key role in defining the brand’s identity, social media strategy ensuring consistency across all touchpoints, and overseeing the execution of brand campaigns that drive customer loyalty, engagement, and business growth. The Brand Lead will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, product, and sales, to build a strong, impactful brand presence in the

market.

Brand

  • Define and execute the brand’s short-term and long-term strategy to increase ROI.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.
  • Position the brand clearly in the market and maintain competitive differentiation
  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, ATL, BTL).
  • Collaborate with creative agencies, designers, and internal teams to develop impactful campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness and optimize based on data insights.
  • Conduct consumer and market research to understand trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
  • Work with regional marking teams to ensure tactical campaigns are consistently performing.
  • Monitor KPIs, track performance metrics, and generate regular reports on initiatives.
  • Monitor promotional expenses monthon month to be withinthe budget.
  • Measure and report on success of marketing campaigns and ROI.
  • Track brand health metrics (perception studies)
  • Analyze marketing performance and ROI; provide reports and recommendations for improvements.
  • Own marketing budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.




Social Media

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand and business objectives and drive awareness, engagement, and ROI.
  • Identify key platforms, target audiences, and content pillars to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Stay updated on platform algorithms, trends, and best practices to maintain competitiveness
  • Collaborate with design, video, and copy teams (or create yourself) to produce engaging content—posts, stories, reels, videos, etc.
  • Maintain a social media calendar that aligns with campaign launches, events, and key dates.
  • Ensure brand voice and visuals are consistent across all social channels.
  • Monitor KPIs, track performance metrics, and generate regular reports on social media initiatives.
  • Drive influencer marketing activities in different markets
  • Manage influencer collaborations and user-generated content initiatives.
