Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and strategic brand leader to drive the next phase of growth for a purpose-led wellness brand. Your role will involve owning and shaping the brand narrative across all consumer touchpoints, leading high-impact marketing campaigns, and translating data and consumer insights into meaningful brand actions. In this fast-paced startup culture that values agility, innovation, and ownership, you will define and own the brand vision, positioning, and architecture in alignment with business goals. Leading the development of the long-term brand strategy and acting as the brand custodian across all channels and touchpoints will be key responsibilities. You will also be responsible for building and mentoring a high-impact brand and marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability. Collaboration with different teams to ensure brand consistency and seamless execution across consumer touchpoints will be essential. Additionally, you will oversee and guide the end-to-end new product development lifecycle, identify white space opportunities, lead category expansion, drive influencer marketing strategy, content-led storytelling, and social media engagement. Ensuring a distinctive voice and presence across digital, retail, and social channels will be crucial. Presenting brand plans and performance to senior leadership and key stakeholders, influencing strategic decisions with a brand-led approach, and managing external agencies and media relationships will also be part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8+ years of leadership experience in brand or marketing roles within FMCG, beauty, or consumer wellness industries. Proven success in leading cross-functional teams, managing P&L, and building strong consumer brands is required. Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and a hands-on approach to execution are essential, along with the ability to influence at the leadership level, both internally and externally. A deep understanding of digital, content, and social marketing ecosystems is necessary.
