Brand Lead

As a Marketing Manager / Brand Lead at WallsToHome Interiors, your role will involve owning the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring brand and content quality, tracking ad performance, generating leads, increasing brand awareness, and coordinating across teams. You will closely collaborate with the Founder to achieve measurable growth in leads, brand reach, and conversion efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Build and own monthly marketing calendars aligned with business goals. - Plan and monitor lead-gen campaigns on various platforms like Meta, Google, etc., and coordinate with digital agency. - Track metrics such as CPL, CTR, and conversion rates, and implement campaign optimizations based on insights. - Define and maintain brand voice, visual language, and creative standards. - Approve creatives, captions, and videos, and coordinate project shoots with photographers. - Ensure data integrity in Marketing Zoho CRM and prepare monthly performance reports. - Manage local and offline branding activities like showroom collaterals, events, and partnerships. - Collaborate with HR for employer branding and with Sales & Design teams to capture client stories. - Monitor marketing budgets and measure ROI, working with the digital agency to enhance the website and landing pages. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing/brand/digital coordination. - Previous experience in interior design, real estate, or lifestyle brands. - Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads. - Strong analytical skills and ability to make ROI-driven decisions. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for creative briefing. - Highly organized, self-driven, and collaborative.
