Brand Lead

Key Responsibilities: - Define and own the brand vision, positioning, and architecture in alignment with business goals. - Lead the development of long-term brand strategy for differentiation, consumer relevance, and market competitiveness. - Act as the brand custodian across all channels and touchpoints, including D2C platforms and digital marketplaces. - Build and mentor a high-impact brand and marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability. - Partner with different teams to ensure brand consistency and seamless execution across consumer touchpoints. - Oversee new product development lifecycle, identify opportunities for category expansion, and collaborate with supply chain and commercial teams. - Champion a consumer-first mindset, ensure brand presence across digital, retail, and social channels, and drive influencer marketing strategy. - Present brand plans and performance to senior leadership, influence strategic decisions, and manage external agencies and media relationships. Qualifications & Skills: - Minimum 8+ years of leadership experience in brand or marketing roles within FMCG, beauty, or consumer wellness industries. - Proven success in leading cross-functional teams, managing P&L, and building strong consumer brands. - Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and hands-on approach to execution. - Demonstrated ability to influence at the leadership level internally and externally. - Deep understanding of digital, content, and social marketing ecosystems. - Passionate about building purpose-driven, sustainable brands in dynamic markets.
