In this role, you will: Own and shape the brand narrative across all consumer touchpoints. Lead high-impact, insight-driven marketing campaigns that drive engagement and growth. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Brand Leadership Define and own the brand vision, positioning, and architecture in alignment with business goals. Lead the development of long-term brand strategy, ensuring differentiation, consumer relevance, and market competitiveness. Act as the brand custodian across all channels and touchpoints, including D2C platforms and digital marketplaces. Team Development & Cross-Functional Leadership Build and mentor a high-impact brand and marketing team. Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability. Partner closely with different teams (including performance marketing, content, and growth) to ensure brand consistency and seamless execution across consumer touchpoints. Innovation & Product Leadership Oversee and guide the end-to-end new product development (NPD) lifecycle—from insights to launch. Identify white space opportunities and lead category expansion through consumer-driven innovation. Collaborate with supply chain and commercial teams to ensure market readiness and excellence in execution. Consumer-Centric Marketing Champion a consumer-first mindset, leveraging data, insights, and trends to shape brand actions. Ensure a distinctive voice and presence across digital, retail, and social channels. Drive influencer marketing strategy, content-led storytelling, and social media engagement to build community and brand equity. Oversee D2C growth initiatives, performance metrics, and consumer lifecycle management. Stakeholder & Business Influence Present brand plans and performance to senior leadership and key stakeholders. Influence strategic decisions with a brand-led approach to business planning. Manage external agencies, strategic partners, and media relationships to drive results. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 8+ years of leadership experience in brand or marketing roles within FMCG, beauty, or consumer wellness industries. Proven success in leading cross-functional teams, managing P&L, and building strong consumer brands. Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and a hands-on approach to execution. Demonstrated ability to influence at the leadership level, both internally and externally. Deep understanding of digital, content, and social marketing ecosystems.
