Design and Operations Manager

As a Project Design and Operations Manager at WallsToHome Interiors, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth progress of all interior projects. You will be responsible for tracking and monitoring projects from the design phase to handover, ensuring that all project tasks are updated and completed as per the planned workflow. Your role will involve identifying bottlenecks, proactively resolving delays, and acting as a bridge between designers, project managers, and customers to address any misunderstandings or escalations. Collaboration and communication are key aspects of this role, as you will work closely with designers, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth execution. Regular follow-ups with team members to track pending tasks and communicating project updates to the management team will be part of your daily tasks. Maintaining quality and compliance with design specifications and standards is essential. You will verify that site work follows planned timelines and budgets, identify risks, and escalate issues when necessary. Additionally, you will be expected to suggest enhancements in project workflows based on real-time execution challenges and assist in optimizing the ZOHO Projects system for better efficiency. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Interior Design & Project Management, familiarity with residential interiors, materials, and execution processes. Hands-on experience with ZOHO Projects or any other project management software is preferred. Strong coordination, team collaboration, and problem-solving skills are essential attributes for this position.
