Design and Operations Manager

Role Overview: You will be the Project Design and Operations Manager at WallsToHome Interiors, responsible for ensuring the smooth progress of all interior projects. Your role will involve utilizing your technical knowledge of interior design and strong project management skills to oversee project timelines, coordinate teams, and ensure timely completion of tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Project Tracking & Monitoring: - Oversee project progress from designing to handover. - Ensure all project tasks are updated and completed as per the planned workflow. - Identify bottlenecks and proactively resolve delays. - Discuss with customers for any misunderstandings/escalations and resolve them. - Act as a bridge between the designer, project manager, and customer. - Coordination & Communication: - Collaborate with designers, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth execution. - Conduct regular follow-ups with team members to track pending tasks. - Communicate project updates to the management team. - Quality & Compliance: - Ensure project execution aligns with design specifications and quality standards. - Verify that site work follows planned timelines and budgets. - Identify risks and escalate issues when necessary. - Process Improvement: - Suggest enhancements in project workflow based on real-time execution challenges. - Assist in optimizing the ZOHO Projects system for better efficiency. Qualifications Required: - Experience: Minimum 2 years in Interior Design & Project Management. - Technical Skills: Familiarity with residential interiors, materials, and execution processes. - Project Management: Hands-on experience with ZOHO Projects (preferred) or any other project management software. - Communication: Strong coordination and team collaboration skills. - Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate and resolve project roadblocks efficiently.
