Job Description

We are hiring experienced Tele / Virtual Sales professionals for our Life Insurance channel. The role involves connecting with customers over call , understanding their needs and offering suitable life insurance solutions. Candidates with strong communication skills and a proven sales background will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for Life Insurance sales
Explain product details and recommend suitable plans
Convert leads generated through tele and digital channels
Ensure smooth documentation and follow-up
Achieve monthly targets with consistent performance
Maintain customer relationships and deliver a positive experience

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2 - 4+years of Field sales experience into Core Life insurance & BFSI Tele Sales
Tele-sales experience in banking products with relevant vintage can also be considered
Proven experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Good communication skills and confidence in virtual selling
Strong communication, negotiation, and people management skills.
Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
Experience in the [specify industry, e.g., Life Insurance, Banking] sector preferred.
