Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a B2B Sales Manager located in Gurugram. The B2B Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business targets, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and providing exceptional after-sales support. Daily tasks will include prospecting, cold calling, conducting meetings and presentations, negotiating contracts, and liaising with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The manager will also analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement in sales performance.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales strategy development, identifying new business opportunities, and client relationship management
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the technology or communication sector
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience with CRM software and tools is a plus
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous
