About the Role

HR Manager

Key Responsibilities

Manage
end-to-end recruitment
for Agency Business Partner Channel in Karnataka.
Partner with business leaders to identify manpower needs and deliver timely hiring.
Build a strong
talent pipeline
for agency partners and frontline managers.
Drive recruitment strategies customized to the
local Karnataka market
.
Ensure seamless onboarding, induction, and engagement of new hires.
Collaborate with leadership teams to enhance
employee retention and productivity
.
Handle HR operations, compliance, and reporting for the channel.
Support workforce planning and HR interventions in line with business growth.

Must-Have Skills & Requirements

Fluent in Kannada
(spoken ) mandatory.
Masters degree in HR / MBA-HR preferred.
4 - 8 years of HR experience
, with at least
1-2 years in Life insurance hiring
.
Hands-on experience in
mass hiring & lateral recruitment
for sales/distribution roles.
Strong knowledge of the
Karnataka talent market
.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with HR systems, job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), and recruitment analytics
Ability to work under pressure and meet business hiring timelines.

Preferred Skills

Experience in
Life Insurance / BFSI agency recruitment
.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Data-driven approach with analytical problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel across Karnataka.
