Role Summary

The HR Business Partner will partner with business leaders to drive people strategy, workforce effectiveness, and employee engagement. The role involves end-to-end ownership of HR initiatives for assigned business units and close collaboration with HR COEs.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders and managers
Drive workforce planning, manpower budgeting, and talent planning
Manage performance management processes, goal setting, and reviews
Handle employee relations matters, grievance management, and policy guidance
Support organizational change, restructuring, and transformation initiatives
Partner with Talent Acquisition, L&D, and C&B teams for HR program delivery
Drive employee engagement initiatives and track action plans
Use HR metrics and dashboards to provide insights to business stakeholders
Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and internal processes

Key Skills & Competencies

8–15 years of experience in HR Business Partnering / HR Generalist roles
Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills
Good exposure to performance management, talent management & ER
Ability to influence managers and drive people initiatives
Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills

Education

Any Graduate/MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent

Preferred Industry Exposure

Insurance/GCC / BFSI / Consulting / Large Corporate environments
