• This role is part of the broader KGSG Audit Innovation group, which drives the Audit Vision, Simulations, and Global Innovation Programs. Its mission is to enhance client win and retention rates by showcasing KPMG’s audit technology and innovations.
  

Key Objectives

• Promote the KPMG Digital Audit strategy using the KPMG Clara ecosystem, emphasizing integrated workflows, client collaboration, digital risk assessment, analytics, automation, and audit quality.
• Support global lead partners and pursuit teams in winning and retaining audit clients.
• Drive continuous innovation through feedback from top-tier engagements.

• Develop tailored proposal strategies, demos, and innovation ideas for priority pursuits.
• Collaborate with major audit accounts to implement digital audit roadmaps.
• Maintain and enhance the Dialogue platform for proposal content and best practices.
• Modernize and engineer the KPMG Digital Audit experience.
• Pioneer audit innovation through real-world examples.

Key Accountabilities Summary

. Management Office Operations (70%)

• Design and implement efficient processes to support team objectives.
• Oversee daily workflows and ensure timely support for proposal teams responding to priority RFPs.
• Collaborate with SMEs to develop audit technology roadmaps and adoption strategies.
• Facilitate communication across global audit stakeholders and engagement teams.
• Ensure deliverables are complete, accurate, and purposeful.
• Proactively resolve issues and drive continuous operational improvements.
• Monitoring & Reporting (15%)
• Track project progress and lead operational meetings.
• Engage with stakeholders and leadership to share updates.
• Prepare and distribute progress and KPI reports to KPMGI leaders.
• Stakeholder Relationship Management (8%)
• Maintain productive relationships with:
• KGSG Audit product leaders
• Member firm audit, innovation, and pursuit teams
• Marketing and sales representatives
• Regional Deployment Managers
• KGSG Audit Communications

• Participate in team meetings and workshops.

QUALIFICATIONS

Educational Qualifications & Work Experience

• B. Tech (Computer Science / Information Technology) OR
• MBA (Systems/ IT/Finance) along with Engineering (Computer Science, IT)
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience operating at the required job level, preferably in a global audit or professional services environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field.
• Proven ability to establish processes and monitoring mechanisms from the ground up in a dynamic and growing team.
• The ability to direct multiple projects simultaneously.
• Adjust to dynamic and evolving priorities and deadlines.
• Experience from similar roles including working in a multicultural and diverse environment.
• Strong understanding of audit processes and technology is preferred.
• Experience in coordinating responses to RFPs for external audit services is a plus.
• Knowledge of audit technology trends and best practices is desirable.
• Relevant certification(s) as Project Manager / Director.
